4. Vitamins
Vitamin A – Everything yellow and green that you can find in vegetables and fruits. Even though carrots aren’t yellow or green, or sweet potatoes, but they also contain a lot of of Vit. A.
Vitamin B – Meats, Fish and dairy products – They contain loads of zinc which heals your scalp from hair loss, dryness and a flakey scalp. Vegans get the least amount of B12 in their system so you need to get special advice on vegan nutrition. Soya milk helps a little.

Vitamin C – Kiwis, oranges, lemon, lime. Best way to get through fruits that you find bitter is to make a smoothie with a fruit that you love. I love taking a big jug of sparkling water and adding as many fruits as possible and leaving it for a while and drink that during the day. Plus side, it looks so fresh and beautiful.
Vitamin E – Nuts. They’re great once you wake up in the morning. Keep some by your bedside and have them as a snack during the day. Sunflower oil is also good for your system as it has Vit. E so maybe roast your nuts in a bit of oil (or butter).
Vitamin K – SPINACH, BROCCOLI, and KALE! Just don’t overcook them.
Now for some “don’ts”.
