Put on a base eyeshadow shade that is two shades lighter than your skin tone.

For this I really like nude eyeshadow pallets. Maybeline, Loreal, and Smashbox all make great nude pallets, but I really like the one by Lorac.
You can either take this color from lid to eyebrow or just apply to the eyelid.
