Fix your meal timings. Your body should not have to wait to be fed or it stores excess fats as it doesn’t know when it’ll receive more food.

Oh and while we’re on timings, find 10 to 20 minutes for SOME exercise. (Suggestion: walking, jumping jack, plank, squats or simply turn up the music and dance around your room).
