Try to consume a good amount of proteins.This will help particularly those of you who are worried about hair breakage and split ends. Some doctors and dieticians say that at least 20% of our food intake should consist of proteins.

Don’t go a day without eggs, yogurt and a bit of dark chocolate.

Include fish in your diet. Just don’t over do it (mostly because you don’t want an excess amount of mercury in your system), too much of anything is bad. For those who don’t eat fish there are shrimps and other sea foods that will also give a good amount of protein. Having it grilled is best.

If that doesn’t work, cheese, tofu, soy, and lentils are great replacements for those who prefer to stay away from any kind of meat. My personal preference is for cheese.

There are just so many varieties and you can have some every day. Its great for women in general.
