Is It Worth the Hype?
After the first three editions “the Phantom menace” “Attack of the clones” and “Revenge of the Sith” the series started losing its charm. The episodes that followed were criticized as being just “mere movies” and nothing else.
That originality spark had been lost and it seemed like the director was “redoing” the first three parts in different ways just to keep Star wars alive in some way or the other.

But let me say it, “the force awakens” has reversed things to the way they were and it will be safe to say that the charm is back!
