Europeans’ love for chocolate
Europeans are known to consume more than half the world’s chocolate. It has been proven a fact according to the International Cocoa Organization that an estimate average Brit, Swiss, or German eat 11 kg of chocolate a year!
Initially it was prepared only as a drink.
Today, chocolate is served as a bitter, frothy liquid, mixed with spices, wine or corn puree, desserts and what not, you name it!
