Eat to live, not live to eat.
Strangely enough that’s not always the case. And all of us find ourselves helplessly engaging in consumption of foods regardless of their effects on us. But have we all not dreamed of eating whatever we wish to eat without getting obese or without the fear of clogging up the arteries and invite a multitude of health problems? Wouldn’t it be just amazing if we didn’t have to think twice before no matter what we ate? I know there are some extraordinary people out there who can eat absolutely anything without fearing any of the dilemmas mentioned above. They are the chosen ones! Alas! Not all of us are that lucky!
They say all that glitters is not gold, and may I say that all that tastes good is not healthy. And let’s go one step further and announce that all that’s considered healthy is also not healthy! Accept my apologies at this stage, if I have confused you with my banter. And no I haven’t gone totally bonkers. My intention in fact is to draw your attention to certain foods which can harm us despite being considered organic, healthy and safe.
Most of us are unaware of the different types of foods that can actually and eventually be very harmful for us. It has been scientifically proven that there are certain dishes, fruits and vegetables that can seriously mess with our health. I don’t mean to imply that they can make us seriously sick if eaten or consumed once. It is just that these contain certain potential toxins which can harm in the long run, if eaten over a long period of time. Therefore it is better for us humans to avoid eating such foods altogether or at least be aware of their potential hazards.
